Had an amazing trip with friends! We visited the Royal Mile and Arthur's Seat. The place was super clean, and the breakfast was a hit, especially the Scottish breakfast. Kuan, the host, made sure we felt at home. Perfect location with easy access to buses. Highly recommended!

Upon arrival, the check-in situation was a bit of a hassle due to train delays, as the manager was temporarily unavailable, leading to an awkward wait. The room's walls are thin, allowing noise from neighboring guests to filter through—definitely not ideal if you're a light sleeper. navigating the facilities took some time. for instance, the shower and heating controls required a bit of trial and error before becoming familiar. Finally, the television had limited working channels, which might put a damper on winding down after a long exploration day.

Kuan, the owner, genuinely made our stay memorable with his helpful nature. From the moment we arrived, he provided useful tips about the local area and made us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and clean, with lovely decor, giving a cozy ambiance. Our bed was comfortable, just the way we liked it. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the traditional Scottish breakfast. The location was perfect, a short bus ride from the city, making exploration easy. there were a few hiccups. The shower pressure was weak, which was a bit frustrating during morning routines. on one of the evenings, we had trouble locating nearby dining options since there are limited choices within walking distance. Parking rules were also a bit tricky, especially during weekdays. I would consider staying here again, especially to enjoy Kuan's hospitality.
